By accessing or utilizing services provided by Share-A-Tech Company LLC (a BDLBA subsidiary), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
We provide technical support, infrastructure adjustments, security hardening, and digital consulting on both a remote and on-site basis. Estimates and project scopes provided via consultation triage are subject to final hardware availability and physical site evaluations.
Share-A-Tech Company LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing hardware failures, data loss prior to service intervention, or third-party software vulnerabilities during execution.
